TTo remain relevant, the future of work calls for an upskilled and reskilled workforce. This means striking a better balance between professional values and attitudes (ethics and lifelong learning), enabling competencies (such as decision-making, business, digital and relational acumens) as well as technical knowledge and skills to continue to demonstrate professional competence that is relevant to a member’s evolving role.
