What is Chartered Accountants Worldwide Network USA?
Chartered Accountants Worldwide Network USA (CAW Network USA) is an organization dedicated to helping Chartered Accountants succeed in North America. CAW Network USA is run by a team of US based volunteers with a full time Chief Executive.
CAW Network USA is the first local network of Chartered Accountants Worldwide, an organization that represents 1.8 million Chartered Accountants and students worldwide and is dedicated to global promotion of the Chartered Accountancy profession.
Benefits for ICAS members
If you haven’t registered with CAW Network USA, membership is covered by ICAS for all ICAS members living / working in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean, so there is no direct cost to you. Outside the USA we have added chapters in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, the Cayman Islands and Bermuda. We will add others based on local demand.
- By registering with CAW Network USA, you will be participating in a 7,000+ strong, US based organization with a nationwide presence that is dedicated to supporting the needs of Chartered Accountants who reside in the United States. In addition there are around 5,000 embers in Canada and 1,500 in the Caribbean (including Bermuda).
- Networking with likeminded individuals and access to technical and other resources to help you fulfil CPD requirements of ICAS membership.
- No membership fees – ICAS automatically pays membership fees and all ICAS CA’s resident in the USA, Canada and the Caribbean are eligible for membership. Additional benefits come through registering with us.
- Access to in person local Chapter events in 28 cities as of July 2026.
- Access to webinars and events put on by CAW Network USA, and its strategic partners.
- Supporting ICAS members working/living in the USA. CAW Network USA is a non-profit organization helping educate and network CAs. All revenue goes towards supporting and improving our support for members.
Networking
Opportunities to network with fellow Chartered Accountants in our network of local Chapters.
Network in both social and professional settings with individuals who like you are transplants to North America and share common interests and experiences along with similar challenges of living and working in North America.
CPD
Access to a wide spectrum of educational conferences, webinars and events including ones that help fulfill your Continuing Professional Development or Continuing Professional Education Requirements.
As a NASBA accredited educational provider, CAW Network USA issues US CPE credits for CPE accredited events.
Discounted Courses
Discounted access to CAW Network USA’s proprietary online IQEX exam training course for Chartered Accountants and Chartered Professional Accountants who are eligible to take advantage of Mutual Recognition Agreements to become US CPAs. (Note ICAS does not currently have an MRA in place).
ICAS has a strong presence across the USA, Canada and the Caribbean, with many thriving local CA communities. Members meet up in cities where there are local chapters, and online, to share information, insights and develop their professional networks.

As an ICAS member resident in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean you are automatically a member of CAW Network USA. If you register with us, you will have access to our fellow institutes’ knowledge base, local events and networking with fellow CAs from around the world based here. There is also an opportunity to get involved with the Board, Chapters and individual events. Newly arrived CAs should make CAW Network USA a first stop as they get used to their new country.
About Ken Croarkin
Based in the USA since 1998, Ken has been involved with CAW Network USA and its predecessor, ACAUS, for a number of years, as well as the New York Area Committee of ICAS. He now represents ICAS on the Board of CAW Network USA. In 2025 he was elected to ICAS Council. He is a partner with EisnerAmper in the New York area and has found CAW Network USA to be an excellent source of networking and educational opportunities.

Our Comprehensive IQEX Program
Based on over twenty years of experience in teaching IQEX courses, Henry Zimmer has prepared a Comprehensive IQEX Program that covers everything an eligible professional needs to learn to successfully pass the exam.
All participants will receive study notes written in an easy-to-follow conversational style that emphasize the most likely topics tested on the exam.

Please join our chapter team at the Marketplace at Avalon in Orlando. It's a food hall so attendees can purchase whatever food they like! There is also a bar where we can purchase drinks which runs a Trivia (free) event from 7pm to 9pm. We look forward to seeing you there.
