If you are a member of one of our funding institutes (ICAEW, ICAS, CA ANZ, CA Ireland and SAICA), living/working in the USA, you are eligible to attend / vote at our Annual General Meeting and Special Meeting that precedes it. We have elections and motions that need to be voted upon this year, so your participation is important. We need at least 100 eligible members to attend for a quorum at both meetings, so please make every effort to join us.
Prior to the AGM, we will be holding a short Special Meeting to approve our updated Certificate of Incorporation (COI).

NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ASSOCIATION OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS IN THE UNITED STATES, LTD. (“ACAUS”) d/b/a Chartered Accountants Worldwide Network USA
To the Members of ACAUS:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, 10/25/22, at 12:00pm Eastern Daylight Savings Time, a Special Meeting of the Members of ACAUS eligible to vote shall be convened by electronic meeting (GotoWebinar virtual meeting) to receive the results of an electronic ballot on the restatement and amendment of the Association’s Certificate of Incorporation. The Special Meeting is being convened at the direction of the Board of Directors of ACAUS pursuant to Article XVI, Section 4 of the Bylaws.
Voting: In accordance with Article XIX of the Bylaws of the Association, Members eligible to vote must do so by electronic ballot in advance of the Special Meeting. Members may cast their votes up until 10/25/22 at 10:00pm Eastern Daylight Savings Time.

The Meeting will commence immediately following the completion of the Special Meeting which will start at 12:00pm Eastern Daylight Savings Time. Registering to attend the Special Meeting above, also registers you for the AGM.
