About Ken Croarkin

Based in the USA since 1998, Ken has been involved with CAW Network USA and its predecessor, ACAUS, for a number of years, as well as the New York Area Committee of ICAS. He now represents ICAS on the Board of CAW Network USA. He is a partner with EisnerAmper in the New York area and has found CAW Network USA to be an excellent source of networking and educational opportunities.

Becoming a US CPA

ICAS has a Mutual Recognition Agreement in pace with AICPA/NASBA, meaning that if a qualified CA wishes to become a US CPA, they need to agree with the local State Board that they qualify. They can then apply to take a single exam covering Legal, Tax and Ethics, rather than the full CPA examinations. Note that this agreement expires 8/31/23 and ICAS are in discussion about a future agreement.

CAW Network USA has launched an online course to help prepare CA’s to take the IQEX exam.

USCPA NOW
