What is Chartered Accountants Worldwide Network USA?
Chartered Accountants Worldwide Network USA (CAW Network USA) is an organization dedicated to helping Chartered Accountants and Canadian CPAs succeed in the United States. CAW Network USA is run by a team of US based Chartered Accountant / Canadian CPA volunteers with a full time Chief Executive.
CAW Network USA is the first local network of Chartered Accountants Worldwide, an organization that represents 1.8 million Chartered Accountants and students worldwide and is dedicated to global promotion of the Chartered Accountancy profession.
Benefits for Chartered Accountants Ireland Members
If you haven’t registered with CAW Network USA, membership is covered by Chartered Accountants Ireland for all members living / working in the United States. From March 2023 members living / working in Canada and the Caribbean are eligible to join. We plan to add a few chapters in Canada in 2023 and then add others based on demand in 2024.

Claire Iball
Chartered Accountants Ireland, Home Institute Representative
An experienced finance professional, Claire has worked across multiple finance disciplines in large and small groups within Intel. Claire leads Intel’s cloud finance organization with responsibilities including financial strategy development, PNL and portfolio management.
Claire is the CA Ireland representative for CAW Network USA, and also sits on CA Ireland’s Member Council. Claire also heads up CAW Network USA’s Portland OR chapter. Claire has ~19 years of strategy, financial and operational leadership experience. She graduated from University of Limerick, Ireland with a bachelor’s degree in business.
Chartered Accountants Ireland members wanting to become US CPAs
Chartered Accountants Ireland has a Mutual Recognition Agreement in pace with AICPA/NASBA, meaning that if a qualified CA wishes to become a US CPA, they need to agree with the local State Board that they qualify. They can then apply to take a single exam covering Legal, Tax and Ethics, rather than the full CPA examinations.
CAW Network USA has launched an online course to help prepare CA’s to take the IQEX exam.

Based on over twenty years of experience in teaching IQEX courses, Henry Zimmer has prepared a Comprehensive IQEX Program that covers everything an eligible professional needs to learn to successfully pass the exam.
All participants will receive study notes written in an easy-to-follow conversational style that emphasize the most likely topics tested on the exam.
