NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE ASSOCIATION OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS IN THE UNITED STATES, LTD. (“ACAUS”)
d/b/a Chartered Accountants Worldwide Network USA

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Annual General Meeting of ACAUS will be held Thursday, 10/19/2023 via a GotoWebinar virtual meeting. The Meeting will start at 12:00 pm EDT.

The agenda for the Annual General Meeting is as follows:

1. President’s Report on CAW Network USA activities;
2. Secretary’s Report on Appointed / Elected positions;
3. Treasurer’s Report on the Financial Statements & Budget Update;
4.  Auditors’ Report on their Audit of the Financial Statements of the Association;
5. Formal Annual Meeting Close.

A supplementary meeting will immediately follow the Annual General Meeting. The agenda for the supplementary meeting is as follows:

1. Angus McDowell Award 2023 Presentation
2. Member Q&A.

Note – after the AGM we will do a drawing and select one attendees to receive an iPad! This may not take place during the meeting itself as we will need some time to assess who attended and qualifies to participate in the draw. Last year’s winner was John McCourt of the DC Metro Chapter.
