Jan Babiak – How to Land a Non-Executive Director Role
Her public company portfolio includes serving the board and chairing the Audit Committee of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. with annual revenues over $135 billion and Bank of Montreal, with nearly $1 trillion in assets it is one of the 7 largest banks in North America.
She is also serving on the board and as Senior Independent Director (SID) of Euromoney Institutional Investors, a FTSE 250 company. Formerly, a non-executive director and member of the Remuneration, Pension and Nominating Committees of the Royal Mail plc serving before and after its float on the FTSE100 and, until the company was sold, as Audit Committee Chair and board member for Logica, a then FTSE 250 publicly traded technology company headquartered in the United Kingdom.
From 2017 to 2021 when it was acquired by Hitachi for $9.6 billion, she served as board member and Audit Committee Chair for GlobalLogic, a then private equity owned digital product development services company that helps businesses design, build and deliver their next-generation products and digital experiences.
