On Sunday September 17th Please come and enjoy a display of nearly 500 British motor cars, many of which you may remember from your youth! There are usually more than 50 Jags and 70 MGs, along with Triumphs, Rovers, Jensen Interceptors, the visiting nurse Morris Minor, Hillman Imps, Reliant Robins, and many you had forgotten existed. Cars begin assembling at about 08.00, most are in place by 10.00. Venue is 10425 W 64th Place, Arvada. There is a small parking lot at that entrance, other lots are available at Campbell Elementary School at the corner of West 64th Place and Oak Street, and another small parking lot is at the north entrance to Oak Park at approx 6550 Oak St.
Entrance to the event is free, parking is free, and besides the cars, there is good value food available for purchase. Chapter president Phil Varley will be setting up a picnic table under a couple of umbrellas and serving soft drinks in the Rolls-Royce/Bentley area (usually the most northerly group) from 1100 until 1300. All CAWNetworkUSA members and their guests are invited to attend. Please register so we have an idea on numbers for refreshments.
