Ronan demonstrates thought-leadership and explains how he goes about making a difference in diversity and inclusion. He notes that that talent is broadly distributed and opportunity is not.

Ronan does not believe that an accountant must stay in the line of accounting. He gives advice for those who want to evolve into different leadership positions. For the sake of themselves and, more importantly, those working with them, they can take their skills and expertise to grow in the wider business world.
