What you will do:
Provide a broad range of fully integrated Tax services for our global clients.

Functions primarily as a Tax Preparer and begins to operate as a Tax Reviewer on less complex tax returns prepared by an Intern or Tax Associate. Provides timely, high-quality deliverables and client service. Effectively communicates general knowledge of the business, industry, and systems to engagement team and client for efficient information flow. Responds to and proactively acts on clients’ requests. Demonstrates knowledge of methodology, relevant regulations, and systems and can guide junior team members. Productively adheres to work plan schedule and budget. Completes sections with an acceptable number of workpaper comments.
Functions in part as a Tax Preparer primarily on complex tax returns, and in part as a Tax Reviewer on less complex returns prepared by a Tax Associate or Experienced Tax Associate. Provides timely, high-quality deliverables covering complex sections, with a reasonable number of workpaper comments. Would be required to facilitate fieldwork, coordinate deliverables from multiple team members.
Demonstrates depth of knowledge of methodology, relevant regulations, and systems and may collaborate with Manager to guide associates, interns and monitor productivity and workplan schedule. Proactively addresses client concerns and escalates client or deliverable issues as they arise. Interacts with clients and engagement teams to help ensure the information flow from the client to the team is efficient.
Functions primarily as a Tax Manager & Reviewer, on all but the most complex tax returns, and only occasionally as a Tax Preparer on those high level, complex tax returns that require a specialized technical tax knowledge and expertise. Provides timely, high-quality deliverables covering complex sections while overseeing fieldwork, coordinating deliverables from multiple team members. Demonstrates a depth of knowledge of systems, methodology and can educate and redirect team members. Leads the team through the engagement and prepares and reviews tax returns, focusing on quality and accuracy. As necessary, flags issues and proposes resolution alternatives. Actively monitors productivity, budgets and ensures adherence to work plan schedule.
Functions exclusively as a Tax Manager and as the top-level reviewer for all tax return preparation engagements. When a Tax Senior or Tax Senior-in-Charge has had more extensive involvement in the tax return preparation process (rather than in the tax return review process), the Tax Manager performs both the thorough, detailed technical review functions normally completed by a Tax Senior or Senior-in-Charge, as well as the more typical top-level tax return review functions generally performed by a Tax Manager. Provides timely, high-quality client service, including planning, budgeting, and coordinating all client deliverables. Understands skill sets and capabilities of team members, monitors and reviews work products to ensure quality and skill development. Capable of managing larger, more complex engagement teams ensures client satisfaction and team morale. Proactively and confidently communicates with all levels at the Firm and client.
