Fully Remote or at a number of locations nationally in top markets.
Manage and participate in due diligence engagements related to acquisitions by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers. Involvement in business development opportunities.
Qualifications include Bachelor’s degree and approximately 5-7 years of TAS work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 6 years of related work experience at top accounting or other (law, valuation, IB) firms.
