About the Role: As a valued member of our team, you will have the chance to:

• Collaborate within a team environment to execute high-quality accounting and auditing engagements.
• Strategize and manage day-to-day activities of audit engagements for diverse clients.
• Proactively address client concerns and escalate issues as needed, fostering strong relationships.
• Apply professional standards and principles to ensure excellence in every engagement.
• Mentor and develop the skills of up-and-coming staff members.

What We Are Looking For: We are seeking candidates who possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Master’s degree is preferred.
• CPA certification or CPA-track status.
• Proven experience leading teams across multiple engagements.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in public accounting.
